I've been thinking about the geeky christmas do, normally the 1st friday of the month seems to work well for everybody, however because its the lead up to christmas and people have work do's etc. It may be that a friday night isn't practical.

If we can't decide on a time when everyone is going to be free, can I suggest maybe having a normal meetup and then doing something more specific between christmas and new year? If people don't have to work we could perhaps organize something during the day? Not sure what, but perhaps have a specific event/talks or just go somewhere for a christmas lunch (if people aren't fed up of turkey by that point).

What does everyone think?

Sorry I missed the meet last night.I was going to come but had other commitments that couldn't be put off. I'm going to try and get to the next one and I hope you'll all talk to me, even though I'm a MS.Net bee-hatch!
